IHAA - MISSION STATEMENT

The IHAA, as a world governing body for horseback archery, works to create a competitive sport which can be enjoyed at all levels: from local club participation to elite international competition. We aim to create a supportive community based around good sportsmanship and high levels of horse welfare, rooted in collaborative governance and a published rulebook.

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

The IHAA World Championships takes place every other year. | 1st WHAC 2018 (Pomáz, Hungary)

EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

The IHAA European Championships takes place every other year. The inaugural competition was held in 2017 in Lamotte-Beuvron, France, in partnership with FFE & FITE.

GRAND PRIX

The Grand Prix Series is a team competition which has been running in Europe since 2014. In 2020, the World Grand Prix was run as an international team competition across 4 continents.
