permitted to translate the rulebook into their local language and/or

This is the January 2025 rules update.
It is available in print, PDF & via the IHAA website (www.ihaa.info).
The rules will be reviewed on an annual basis but we do not intend to
alter them more o ten than necessary. Please see the website to
confirm the current edition for the rules.
As English is the working language of the IHAA, in case of confusion
arising from translation of the rules, the English version contained
herein (sections 1-3) should be referred to as the O ficial Rules.
The male pronoun is used throughout the rules for brevity, but of
course, the rules apply to male and female participants alike.
When "should" is used in the rulebook it is intended as a definitive
term, not optional.
Section 5 is included for quick reference only, it is not a complete rule
set.
